You have to provide more details, as there are many applications that could
use the same file name. Check the path to this file and its properties
(version, who is the manufacturer and so on.. ).
These will both get you a reading on the executable from multiple antivirus
vendors, including some who target spyware, and also submit the file to
those vendors, at least in some cases, which can be important if you have
something new.
A clean bill of health, as with any antivirus, is not necessarily
conclusive--but if you get some agreement among multiple vendors that you
have a bad file, I'd believe it.
