antimated gif

Hi

I am using W2k. I have antimatter GIF file on my Webster. I just
discovered I can't see animations on my own Webster and the animations on
anyone's Webster. What do I do to enable animation. I go to same Webster
on my W98 machine and animated GIF files work as expected.
