Why only that place are you a Grisoft member or something why pay for
it if you can get it free from someone?
 
So what you guys would rather spend your money on a multi-million
dollar corporation then save some money by getting it free? Seems like
a waste of money to me anybody agree?

Because it is from the author and is known to be safe and free of malware or modifications
and is legitinmate.
