The most recent program has now being translated to English.
For Win2k/xp only. Like A-squared so far the free version is available
only. No memory scanner in the freeware version. Detects backdoors and
trojans only in the freeware version.
Thanks for the tip...didn't know about this one. But no wonder, since
the web is in German only AFAIK. I do not handle German very well. But
as you say the program have been translated to English (as the
download page also states). Just installed it. English OK, except for
some of the scan results message still in German only. <snip>
I must confess I am out on a limb here, kind of, as I
don't know anything about the company - other than I have seen the
name mentioned here and there a couple of times.
on ewido though, but most German pages AFAIK. The program links to
<http://www.ewido.net> for support, but I can't get to it, blank page
in Opera (while page title shows in title bar) and error in page by
IE.
All the best,

At the very least if you trust Asquared, you should trust Ewido, since
the author of Asquared has spoken highly of Ewido praising it has one of
the first AT's in the word with a real powerfull unpacking engine based
on real emulation.
But honestly like A-squared I don't think it's ready for prime time yet.
