anti trojan app needed

Although reviews of AT programs are few and far between, TDS-3 is generally
believed to be the most thorough of the on demand scanning products,
however, it's probably less "user friendly" than other application. Trojan
Hunter is probably considered the best balance between product quality and
ease of configuration and use. Its developer has worked extremely closely
with the user community.

You might wish to look at BOClean. Its not a "scanner" product; it runs
resident and kills any "trojan activity" it detects in memory. It's an
excellent product, but it doesn't run well along side any AV utility I have
ever used, which runs resident also. But, if what you're looking for is
protection from trojans, backdoors and worms, it's probably one of the best.

Thanks for the info.
The application I need it for is not to run resident on my machine, but to
take over to a friends place and help him eliminate infestations.
I already gathered a little info in separate posts about small AV apps I can
transport, now I was looking into AT 's.
Hence, wanting a free or very inexpensive program
