We have a GPO that sets the home page. The anti-spyware
tool seems to consider this a browser hijack everytime
the GPO runs.

Yes, the MSAS can not tell the differnce between a good
program that changes your home page and a bad one.

When it tries to change the page it should give you the
option to allow or not, if you want your home page
changed, all you have to do is open MSAS and go into
Advanced Tools and System Explorer, and IE Settings and
click on Start page, click change page, and enter the new
Home page.

MSAS will now recognize that as being a good page and
allow it.

Or just turn off the hijack feature, or use another browser (assuming MSAS
only supports IE). I guess Ad-Watch (from Lavasoft) would also see a GPO as
a hijack (not tested though). And if the homepage setting that comes from
the GPO is always the same page, PYPC's dream should work as well :)
