anti-spyware software

When I purchased my computer I purchased some anti-spyware software called
spy-sweeper by webroot. When i upgraded to a newer version of this software
windows XP MCE won't shut down. Any suggestions

Reinstalling might help ! The next step is to contact Webroot for help !
If their tech support departament can't help , uninstall this software and
don't use it !
There are many free alternatives , excellent antispyware applications ...
Spybot S&D , Ad-Aware se Personal , Ewido AntiSpyware ...
