What can you tell about what is happening? Are all workstation affected?
If you turn off Microsoft Antispyware, by right-clicking on the system tray
icon, does that fix it?
If that doesn't fix it for a given workstation you can try disabling
real-time protection via the workaround paragraph in this KB article:

Try this on a test machine to see if it is effective--it surely isn't
something you want to do on all of them.
If you can clearly replicate the issue and alleviate it by either stopping
Microsoft Antispyware or disabling Real-time protection, posting that
information along with the versions of the Panda software involved so that
Microsoft can replicate would be helpful.

Hi, is anyone aware of a conflict between panda antivirus
and the Beta 1 Antispyware? I´m having trouble with the
comunication between the Panda Console (Server) and the
clientshield (Workstations), it seems that the antispyware
firewall is interfiring with the Windows SP2(Firewall).
