Anti-Spyware Icon repeat it self

After I install a program named "Total 3D Home and Landscape Deluxe"
Every time I try to open it, The Microsoft Icon for Anti-Spyware in the task
bar repeat itself (18) times before the program opens.
I uninstalled and reinstalled the program and keep on doing it.
 
Hmm--I should point out that when I wrote that, I was responding to a post
in which the OP asked whether what he was seeing was malware at work, or a
goofy bug, and thus was giving the named alternative choice from those he
presented, rather than trying to directly characterize the bug.
