Anti Spyware for ME operating systems

I have many of the symptoms described for the use of the
anti spyware, however the beta program is not suitable for
ME operating systems. Does any one out here have a
recommendation? I do have Spybottom and Spyware Blaster
installed already but I am not sure whether they are doing
the job.
