I using this but why is is so machine not user based? Whenever I switch user
it detects a change in the IE homepage, when THAT users hasnt changed
anything? In addition all the advanced setting are at machine level not
user.

Welcome to NT kernels and beta grade software. ;-)

Very few applications are multi-user aware and of those even less are able
to deal with user hives other than the active user.

Carey sent you the link the public NGs, but unless you're willing to live
with the foibles and tribulations of a beta grade piece of software, I'd
recommend uninstalling it and waiting for the Gold version.

and if you feel that's a bug in AntiSpyware....I'm sure Microsoft would love
to hear about it so they can fix it.
