Anti-Spyware beta- reaccuring browser modifier on puter

hello,
I keep having 1 particular spyware, browser modifier named
people on page keep coming back even after I run my
anti-spyware beta program and it says it removed it but it
keeps coming back.I have turned off system restore as well
and still no luck!!I also deleted the 2 folders in my
registry key that it says where it was located but then are
back as well!! Does anyone have an idea or heard of this
same problem or a solution??Any help to take care of this
very aggravating problem would be appreciated!!! Thanks!!
 
Run a full system scan in Safe Mode. On the Scan Page choose Scan Options >
Full System Scan.
