Hi Bill
The first Freshbind can drop any number of files, which
may be a combination of viruses, trojans, and clean
files.
Download these 2 removers to your desktop, close all open
windows and double click to run the removers(it will
display a text when its finished to show if you are
infected with a variant of the Blaster Worm )
ftp://ftp.f-secure.com/anti-virus/tools/f-lovsan.zip
http://securityresponse.symantec.com/avcenter/FixBlast.exe
Before using the removers turn off system restore
(Start>right click my computer>then properties>goto
system restore and check the box 'Turn off system
restore ' then press apply)This step is required reboot
and then run the removers. You can re-enable system
restore once you are clean by following the above but
unchecking the box turn off system restore.
The second i think is a bug in spybot double check what
spybot you are running if its not spybot 1.4 unistall it
and download 1.4 from here:

Once downloaded get all available updates .

Also get Ccleaner to remove all temp and unused files :

Download both removers and run them with all windows
closed.
Run a online virus scan at any of these sites :
Trend Micro
http://housecall.antivirus.com/
Panda
http://www.pandasoftware.com/activescan/
Bitdefender
http://www.bitdefender.com/scan/Msie/index.php
Run spybot and clear anything found
Use Ccleaner on all 3 settings and remove anything found
Also check windows updates to make sure your security
patches are up to date
