Anti spy freezes when scanning Reg

When the the scan reaches the reg and starts to scan
software/LQ As soon as this starts search mericle tool bar
appears on the bottom. Please help

my system wont delete HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\LQ it
says that there is a error deleting Key
