Antec 900 case grommets?

I have an Antec 900 case.
It came with 8 little brown grommets (unless I lost any).
What do I use them for?
Am I supposed to use them with the screws that attach the motherboard
to the case or the hard drives or what?

Are the motherboard screws supposed to make electrical contact with
the motherboard? There are little solder points around the screw holes
on the motherboard. It looks like they are there so the motherboard
can be electrically grounded to the case. Is that right? I'm using an
M2N-SLI Deluxe motherboard.

Oops I meant washers, not grommets.
Also they look like they're made out of a hard plastic, not metal.

the book should tell you what they're for. the black grommets (real
grommets) go with the HD drive mount screws, and are for
noise/vibration isolation. the HD screws have a flat "brim" and smooth
shaft where the grommets sit. they do make a difference.

The only thing that is supposed to contact the board are the things that
plug in. Anything else can fry the board and anything not proper
plugged in can fry the board such as happened to me once when I didn't
notice some RAM was not seated well.
