Antec 350 W PS enough for X1600?

I have an Antec SL 350, 350W PS with 21 amps at 12 volts. Should I be
concerned while using an X1600 Pro 256 MB AGP? I guess not.

The PSU is solid enough. Only way to know is to try it. If you get cold boot
issues, or if the system fails under maximum load, swap out the PSU.

If possible, don't have any other peripherals on the same line as the X1600.
I just solved a PS problem by isolating my AIW X800XT on its own wire.
