I posted a question regarding IE 6 a few days ago and I
see questions from other people. Where do the answers
appear? How do I get to read answers?
Thanks for any help.

Your post (s) have both been answered:

Go to View > Current View >
Ensure all Messages and Group Messages by Conversation are both checked.

HTH

[X-Newsreader: Microsoft CDO for Windows 2000]
Go to View > Current View >
Ensure all Messages and Group Messages by Conversation are both checked.

She's using the web interface not OE. If she doesn't understand about
the plus signs or try the Expand All button she will remain clueless unless
somebody E-mails her.

From Dolores's original Header:

X-MimeOLE: Produced By Microsoft MimeOLE V5.50.4910.0300

Does that not mean she is using Outlook Express V5.5 ?

No. X-Newsreader is the key header for identifying the UI.

Once you see CDO there you know that there is *no* additional user
specific information in the headers. For example, the Windows 2000
string also implies nothing about the end user's system.
