Why not throw in an old modem into your box? Fax isn't going to work
with any cable modem, and it may be a pain to set up your ISDN (if
it's possible?) to do fax. You probably even have an old modem in that
bottom desk drawer

hehe, I've only just gotten way from dialup modems, was rather hoping I
wouldn't have to back to them.
