I mentioned this in your other post, but maybe it can help with this.
If this just recently happened, and assuming you don't know what happened to
cause this and don't want to spend a bunch of time debugging it, the easiest
solution might be System Restore:

So, can you use System Restore to roll back to the time prior to when this
happened? (if in doubt when, take an earlier point in time) (if you do,
anything you've installed since that time point would have to be
reinstalled, of course)

Hi john,

I tried the kb article but I am still getting an error. Here is the new
error:

Event Type: Warning

Event ID: 3
Date: 11/8/2009
Time: 3:18:26 PM
User: N/A
Computer: GARYMETZLER
Description:

For more information, see Help and Support Center at
http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp.

I want to thank all the mvps for all the help they give us.

Hi John,

I have sql 2005. But, I don't use it. I am using office 2003 if that
helps. Thanks,

Hi John,

Thanks for your suggestions. I un-installed the program but, I still have a
version of it on my computer. I set the services to manual and this seemed
to have done the trick. Thanks again for all your help.

You're welcome.
