another sync question

Is there any way to sync OL with MS Works Calendar, on the same computer? I
use OL, my boss thinks it is too complicated and uses MS works. There are
times she needs to check something, and my pc is closer, so she open Works,
and of course there is nothing there. I have found a way to sync my OL with
her Works, using an online Calendar, just not this.
 
so she wants to network her calendar so she can view it on other computers?

how are you syncing your OL with her works? Why wont that method work on
your computer?
