Hello, I'm sorry but this is another stupid question about vista x32 and
4gb of ram... I see a lot of stores that sell new pc's with vista x32
and 4gb of ram installed, I run vista x32 on 955 xbk intel motherboard,
I get some benefit if 4gb is installed ?

Thanks.

No, that's not correct. That may be how much *you* can use on your
system, but is not what everyone will see. The amount varies,
depending on the particular system.

32-bit versions of Windows have a 4GB address space, but some of that
space is used by hardware and not available to the operating system
and applications. The amount you can use varies, depending on what
hardware you have installed, but is usually *around* 3.1GB. I've seen
numbers as high as 3.5GB.
