I bought (came with the case) Antec 355 smart power

After lurking here for awhile, I decided to up the PS to an Antec
550. I did so. Antec Truepower 2.0 EPS12V.
I notice on the new box it say's "server-class".

I have an Asus A8N-E, AMD Athlon 65 X2. Single player, at home,
games.

I don't see a square power supply plug for the board I'm not
talking about the 24 power plug). Did I screw up and buy the wrong
model?

Thanks for your time,
Bob

http://www.antec.com/pdf/manuals/TPII550EPS_En.pdf

"Connect the 24-pin Main Power Connector and the
4-pin +12V or 8-pin +12V connector to your
motherboard as needed."

So the manual thinks the option is there.

Does it look like the 2x4 8-pin power connector, splits
into two pieces ?

The advertisement on Newegg, calls it an EPS12V ATX12V,
implying it has both connectors. It may be a matter
of sliding the two halves apart, to make the necessary
2x2 ATX12V power connector. That connector should have
two yellow and two black wires on it.

The two things in the upper left of this picture, look
like they might be the two halves of an 8-pin EPS12V
connector.

Post back what you find.
