another problem i have

I have also notice that after downloading software I am
never able to open it by pressing the "Open" button in
the little download window. It tells me that I don't have
enough free-memory to process such an event. Can you help
me fix this or tell me what to do to get more free memory.

Can you please give the *Exact* text of the error you get?
Also, please check the event viewer .
Do you get any event ID 2011?
