Another mp3 id tag question

I have several mp3 files whose titles don't reveal the contents -- they're
numbered 001.mp3, 002.mp3 etc. They do though contain the details in the ID
tag. Is there a program that will rename the files to the artist and/or title?

Try MiTeC Shell Extension Pack from http://www.mitec.d2.cz/sep.htm
Install the Music shell extension dll.

Almost any MP3 tag editor. Google for same and/or see my "dandies" below.
