another key to remove?

Hi

thx I found it.

is there an other "key" I should remove. i downloaded a
file and tried to install it but it couldnt go through
the installation, it was abrupted somehow.
Now theres an icon (looks like a Microsoft window .exe or
something) on my desctop that I cant remove.
