Another IE6 strange problem

I have about 30 websites on my favorites list. I have put
them in a certain order by dragging them to the desired
place.
Every so often, seemingly at random, I will find 4 of the
30 in different places. I did not move them. It's the same
4, and they end up in the same new places.
This is not a big deal, just an irritant, but I wonder if
it is symptomatic of some other problem.
Thanks for any comments.
 
I use "auto-arrange" for icons on my desktop and within explorer(when I use
it), I have no problem with my favorites moving about.
