Another IE problem

Some sites I go to the flash ads can't be viewed. This is a good thing, I
guess, but I'm curious as to why some sites the flash ads can be viewed and
other sites the ads don't show up.
 
I am having the same problem myself, I was wondering if this his suggestions
worked or what did. Thanks
