another error 553 message

I have read the other posts about error 553 messagfes, and although I am getting a 553 error message, mine simply says :

Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

Subject:
Sent: 10/24/2003 11:46 AM

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

'(e-mail address removed)' on 10/24/2003 11:46 AM
553 Recipient is not allowed

I changed the first part of the e-mail address to post it here. I have been able to send mail to this address before, but now it doesn't go anywhere, and I am getting this error messag. I have authenticated my outgoing server as was suggested in other posts, and it didn't help. I use Windowx XP professional with all the latest updates and Office xp professional [Outlook 2002 ( 10.4712.4219 ) sp-2 ] also with all the latest updates.

any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
 
Could it be that AOL is blocking mail from your SMTP server/domain? I know
that some users on my cable provider's network are having similar issues.
