Another Decryption Question

I've read through some of the decryption posts and it all has been pretty
helpful though my question is slightly different:

Is there a way to decrypt files with some of your encryption key written down?

For instance: 96-D5-A9-74-EE-2F...

I am unable to decrypt files from a previous windows installation, though
only wrote down some of the encryption key information and did not export the
key. I know the situation is bleak though I was hoping having written this
down might help out a little.

With this information would it be possible to recover the data? If the
process is something more extensive that I could not do myself could someone
provide some information w/ whom might be able to recover the data? I've
already tried DriveSavers and they were unable to recover anything.

Thanks,
Joe

It's lost unless you want to go to the big boys and pay big bucks. And, I
mean, BIG.
