I know where to find Cookies, I do not have empty them on browser close
clicked but there are never any cookies listed. Can anybody shed any light on
this problem of mine.

Type "shell:cookies" (no quotation marks) in the Start Search box in the
Start Menu, and click on the result.

What is the path (location) of the folder that opens? It should be
C:\Users\(Your Name)\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Cookies).

In the Cookies folder, what do you see? Is there a (hidden) folder called
Low? (Besides checking "Show hidden files and folders", "Hide
protected operating system files (Recommended)" must be un-checked on the
View tab in Folder
Options). You can open Low to see if your cookies are in that folder, as
well...

After I read your post a second time, Poof there they were. Thank you very
much. I can sleep better tonight.
