If I have several categories in one outlook folder, how do I get the names
listed in each category in alphabetical order? If I click at the top if the
column on 'file as' it puts the entire list in alphabetical order, if I then
click on view categories - the names within each category are no longer in
alphabetical order. Well, they sorta are - a few will be in a-b-c, etc.,
order, goes down through a few names & then starts over again a-b-c, etc.

Is this another thing that I can't do?! Seems like every question I ask -
I'm told "nope, can't do that!"

Outlook 2003.

Thanks, anyhow.

When you click on the column header in this view, you are customizing that
view to another view that no longer groups by Category.
If you want to refine your customization further, use View > Arrange By >
Current View > Customize Current view and customize to your heart's content.

Thank you again! Don't know what all of us would do without you MVP's that
answer all our questions!
