Situation:
I created a share on a server (Server 2000) and gave everyone full NTFS and
share permissions.
When I try to access the share from a client (Windows 2000 Pro) that is
logged in as the local admin, I am prompted for a username and password.
Question:
How should I configure my server so that the client can access the share w/o
being prompted for credentials? I've heard that "null shares" is the "answer"
but am concerned about the security risks associated with implementing this.
If "null shares" is my "answer", what is the most secure way of doing so?
Thanks in advance for your help!
