Not really... there's usually some way for the message to be tracked back to
you (IP addresses, etc). There are services out there for truly anonymous
mail (web sites, etc)

For anonymous messages I say the possibility to send messages without
specify any senders for the messages, so that the recipient receive a
mail with From=blank.

You can put whatever you want in the properties of your mail account in
Outlook (name & email address). So, that will obscure things but I'm not
sure why you'd want to do this.

Whether or not the From field is blank has no bearing on whether or not the
message is anonymous. It's whether or not the sender address and headers
are masked that truly bears upon the subject. There's no way I know in
Outlook to not have a sender address, which, if there is no From field, will
be interpreted by the recipient client as From. (I don't know of any way in
Outlook to exclude the From, either.)

Thanks to all, but now my problem is more difficult because the users
ask me to send anonymous messages from their account only to one mail
address and i think it is impossibile..., so i'll say them that there
are no way to send anonymous messages from outlook....
