Okay, I've got it working beautifully and I want to thank Duane for all the
help but I have one question. Right now as we near the end of the year I need
the calendar to print either 2008 or 2009 depending on what year has been
entered into a filter form. At the moment it isn't an issue but come Jan 1 it
will be. The report gives me both 2008 and 2009. I've pulled the year out of
the attendance table and set the criteria for my filter form but when I do
this it doesn't print properly (it starts with january at mid page and splits
the year between 2 pages.)

Any ideas?
 
We might need a reminder of what report you are printing and how it is set
up. Please don't assume anyone here recalls anything about a previous thread.
 
I downloaded your sample called AnnualCalendar.mdb for Access 2000 format.
The sample was located at www.access.hookom.net/samples/annualcalendar.zip

It links a calendar table with and an attendance table that links the days
off with a monthly subreport to indicate days an individual schedules off.
It provides an annual calendar (perfectly) for each day a person is out on
vacation, sick, etc.

It provides a single page per person, per year and I need it to be specific
based on the year requested. Help!
