Annoying updates in IE6

Hi!

My MSIE do with steady intervals updating websites thus making the window
display the top of the page, in stead of where I am located further down.
This especially annoying when while online trying to fill out fields to
communicate with websites.

Is there a way to stop this, and let me decide when a page is to be updated?

Tools | Internet Options | Security | Allow meta refresh
Choose Disable.
