annoying screens

Is it possible to shut off those annoying popup screens,

"a application has changed some setting this is allowed
the application is known to be no, or has no spyware"

Every time I do a clean job after testing programs and i
am cleaning up the response files this screens comes at
the start and the and of the cleaning proces.

I think it would be nice to have the possibility to
suppres this screens, or shut the well known programs out
of this pop up settings!

Once is Okay, but if you test a developing program and
does a clean between the tests, this is not nice (Really
annoying!!!
