Annoying porn that my computer keeps accessing

HELP!!!!! For several weeks now my computer as soon as I
connect to the internet starts 'accsessing' a site called
Celebs which is porn and its logo thing keeps appearing
on my desktop and although I can delete this and restart
my comp every time it still reappears and starts
accessing all over again is getting really annoying now
and can anyone please advise??? From a very wound up
novice! x
 
It's called spyware and the best tool for removing it
today is Spybot Search and Destroy. It's free and has
wizards for the beginner. Have fun.
 
Usually more helpful for beginners if you post the URL as well. If they
can't google to find out how to get rid of porn, then you should assume they
can't google for Spybot either.

When visiting such the sites be careful not to download/install
their "free" viewers. ;-} To repair the current situation, uninstall
the "viewer(s)" provided and then use Ad-Aware from www.lavasoft.de
and SpyBot Search and Destroy from http://security.kolla.de/ to clean
up any residue. Both have free evaluation versions.

You should also try using MSConfig to see if something is being
started each time you reboot.

Additionally, Look in the C:\Documents and Settings\All
Users\Start Menu\Programs\Start Up and C:\Documents and
Settings\username\Start Menu\Programs\Start Up folders, and in the
system registry, primarily in the
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run and
HKCU\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run keys.

Go to 'mail options' there - goto block addresses and

follow directions to get rid of all bad stuff! I did it
and it works. - Let me know if this helps
