when logging on to hotmail, msn, ebay and other websites a small square popup
appears in the middle of the screen and also appears untitled in the taskbar.
How do I get rid or disable?

Download Microsoft anti spyware beta and clean any spyware and trojans on
your system.
Then get all updates installed.
Do not down load sp2 till you do all the updates then run antispyware again
then download and install sp2.
Then update again as there will be a lot of new ones to do.
Then go to tools on internet explorer and enable popup blocker and firewall.
This should solve your problem.
