Annoying popup.

I have just upgraded from Access2000 to Access2003 and every time I start it
up I get popup security message
How can I turn this off?

Thanks, I tried this but now I am locked out of my database.
The system asks me for some "permission" which I do not have.
Please tell me how to roll back the change.
