annoying popup at boot up of windows

Every time windows starts an error message pops up: "Missing file C:\Program
Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Web Folders\ ibm00001.exe" The file does
not reside at the folder. What file is this? I have been trying to use
MSCONFIG to remove the tick for the file under the bootup tab but to no
avail. Please help.

Possibly in the registry.

Scan system with avntivirus/antimalware software because..
