Annoying Pop-Up Window and No Reporting

For some reason, when the Application Allow/Deny pop-up
pops up, it quickly moves up the screen until it is off
the top and I can't see it, but it is still in the memory.

Also, whenever I try and use the Suspect Spyware Report
thing, it tells me to check my proxy settings.

Anyone know about this stuff or have any idea how to fix
it, if it is possible to fic?

Your first issue is a bug, and the workaround is to have your startbar at
the bottom of the screen.

The second issue only happens transiently to me.

For others, and other installs that I have seen, it happens instantaneously
and continuously. One respondent in these groups stated that switching a
Java setting from something to MS JVM fixed this issue for him. I do notice
that I don't have Sun's JVM installed on this machine, and that may be a
useful clue. I'll go test some other machines.
