annoying link in Explorer right-click window

A web site inserted a link into my Windows Explorer right-click window. (You know, the one that includes the Back, Forward, Select All commands.) How can I remove it?

Download and run either/both adaware or spybot to search for spyware. Don't
let them automatically change your system without you checking and
confirming first or you may delete things that aren't spyware.
