annoying clicking noise

Does anyone know how to turn off that annoying clicking
noise that you hear everytime you click on a web link. I
am not talking about the noise that comes fromt the mouse
itself. I am talking about the noise from the speakers
when you choose a link.

Change or remove the sound.
Control Panel-Sounds
"Start Navigation" and "Complete Navigation" are the relevant items.
