I don't know if this is just because my PC is so full of
spyware, adware and everything else, but I get those
Microsoft Anti-Spyware Alerts (particularly about BHO's)
almost every minute. In the options I have turned off the
alerts and as far as I can tell there is nothing else I can
do. Does anyone know how to stop the alerts? It would be
good if it could just auto block all of the BHO's since I
don't want any of them!

You can block BHOs either within MSIE, or within MSAS.

In MSIE, pull down the Tools menu and select "Manage Add-ons", and block the
BHOs you do not want to keep.

In MSAS, pull down the Tools menu, select "Advanced Tools", select "System
Explorers". Explore "IE MHOs", "IE Toolbars", and "Downloaded ActiveX", and
block the ones you do not want to keep.

Close all MSIE windows, then launch MSIE again.
