If you have your taskbar anchored to either side of the
desktop the "popup" windows that the spyware shows for
example when you are trying to run a .bat file just move up
out of the desktop.
If the taskbar is on the bottom the window just moves up
and anchors to the top of the taskbar, shouldn't the window
come from side and lock to the side of the taskbar if the
taskbar is anchored to the side instead of default bottom.
It is very annoying since I use taskbar on the right side
of the desktop and all the popups just move outta the
desktop so fast I cannot even read them before they're
gone.
