Comments are welcome.

I like the simplicity. That is a plus. But I need something that
"nags" me. Know what I mean?

"What are doing now?" "What are doing now?" "What are doing now?"
Where I can set the "nag" interval to what I want. Or, optionally, not
at all.

A logfile is a textfile which inserts date and time when opened by a
texteditor with logfile function.

Metapad is one such editor, a lot of people use it as a replacement for
notepad.

If you start a textfile with this on the first line:
..LOG
it will insert date and time every time you open it.

Use a scheduler to open this textfile every 3 minutes, for example, write
about what you are doing every time.

Wouldn't that solve your problem?

I'll have to think about this. I can see pluses and minuses.
I've actually been playing with the timer feature in Outlook (which I
*have* to use at work). I'll think about this too.

Thanks!
