Desksware is pleased to announce Xbel Bookmark Manager 1.0 is released.

Xbel Bookmark Manager is a new bookmark application for Windows that
helps you organize the bookmarks(favorites) and share them with
del.icio.us. You can synchronize your bookmarks between different
computers, batch import your existing bookmarks to del.icio.us. It uses
XBEL, an Internet "bookmarks" interchange format, as its native file
format. It's easy to use it to switch among different bookmark
systems. Each bookmark can be personalized with notes and tags. It's
fast to search your bookmarks by title, tag, or description.

FYI: I'm not familiar with the charter for this NG but I'll wager it does

Frank: Please tell me where I can find the charter for this newsgroup. A
link would be appreciated. I assume the charter will confirm your assertion
that commercial advertisements are permitted here. Question delayed due to
