Windows Admin Script Tools 4.1

Tools included:

fver.exe File version checking for batch files
isadmin.exe Detect if currently logged-on user is an administrator
minwin.exe Minimizes the current window (for logon scripts)
nupp.exe "net use push/pop"
osver.exe OS platform and version checking for batch files
rasconns.exe Detect how many RAS connections are active
winmsg.exe Display an error message dialog box

Sorry about the quick update, but isadmin had a (minor) memory leak bug.

Well I haven't produced any useful tools, but I use both above and more
and I thank you both (Marty, Bill) et al. for producing them and making
