Outlook users (corresponding with multiply correspondents especially)
facing with problem to find their own or their correspondent
particular remark.

Basic MS Outlook functionality includes quoting level mark up with
quoting symbols ">" in plain text messages or quotation levels in HTML
messages. But looking for remark belonging to particular correspondent
and/or quotation level in the MS Outlook marked up messages requires a
lot of time. You need to analyze large text fragments and some
important details are often loosing.

Another irritating MS Outlook feature is standard message headers
automatically added to every responded or forwarded message. Standard
headers include a lot of useless and embarrassing auxiliary
information.

Outlook Advanced Quoting COM Add-In fixes all mentioned above
problems.

Add-In highlights quotation levels with different colors and color
gradations. Color highlight allows to distinguish between different
quotation levels. All colors, font face and size are fully
customizable. Additional functions include automatic standard message
headers reformatting. Header format are fully customizable and may
include any standard fields with custom text.

Add-In starts working right after installation and its configuration
is quite straightforward.

The Outlook Quote-Fix program
(http://home.in.tum.de/~jain/software/outlook-quotefix/) does this for
free, and with no ad line tagged to the bottom of every outgoing message.

However: Quote-Fix is not working well for me for Outlook 2003. With
previous Outlook versions, it corrected quoting as soon as HTML replies
were changed to plain text. Now, it no longer does that.

Does anyone know a good, free quotation fixer for Outlook 2003?

I noticed that, too. Write to the author.
