The trial version has all basic functions; only the most
advanced features are unavailable.

You can create family trees, and even create a webpage from
your family tree.

They probably could call it Legacy LE.

It never has tried to phone home here. Every now and then
I'll click on a deluxe feature and get a message that I can
upgrade to have that feature.

There are two versions of Legacy, Standard Edition and Deluxe Edition.
Standard Edition is free, and Deluxe Editon is commercial.
